Search Engine

The project was not difficult, but i must admit it was a little irritating. I am the type of person that hates searching for things that are difficult to find or that have little information when i need a lot. I learned how to use ESCOB. It is by far the most useful tool I have learned to access this semester. I have been able to use it in my other classes. It came in handy with mainly with my projects. The thing I hated most was citing sources. It was very irritating ! I understand I have to give the originator of the information, but I just wanted to be able to copy and paste the URL and be done. My favorite part was searching for pictures because i love looking at pictures.

Thesis: People in urban areas abuse alcohol and substances more because they are eposed to it more and its easier for them to acces it.

In rural areas, people are more sheltered from problems. Because urban areas are larger, its harder shelter issues. In rural areas drug and alcohol abusers tend to be older people at low paying jobs. In urban areas, the age range varies from young teenagers to older adults. This is due to the face that the alcohol and drugs are more easily accessed.

Issues of Living in the City

One of the main issues of living in the city is the seperation of city. With the city being so big, its only right to certain people to claim what's "theirs". People tend to be firm representers of where they are from. When people go into a area out of where they are from, they are putting theirselves at risk. People get shot, jumped, and even killed for going into someone else's neighborhood. Another problem of living in the city is pollution. Due to the fact that the city is large, there are more people. With there being more people they is more usage of cars and trucks and more waste to get rid of; all contributions to pollution.

About Me

Ayeeeeee ! I'm from Philly, the best city there is. I'm a Pisces, I love to have fun. My favorite thing to do probably is laugh. I love writing songs and poems and going out. My first love is definitely music, either I'm listening to it, dancing to it, or singing it. I like to hang around people that are most like me: fun, outgoing, and not afraid to try to new things. I love to eat and enjoy being around people I care about and that I know care about me too. I can be mean sometimes and a lot of people think I'm difficult but overall I'm a loving person, just don't make me mad.
